Voorafgaand aan de thuiswedstrijd tegen FC Utrecht zullen Stefan Nijland en Mark-Jan Fledderus in Euroborg afscheid nemen van het Groninger publiek. Nijland vertrok naar PSV, terwijl Fledderus de overstap maakte naar Heracles Almelo.
Komende zondag wordt op Eredivisie Live (kanaal 2) FC Groningen – FC Utrecht uitgezonden. Dit programma komt in zijn geheel vanaf locatie en zal rond 14.10 uur beginnen en duren tot en met een kwartier na het laatste fluitsignaal.
In de voorbeschouwing wordt teruggekeken op onderlinge wedstrijden uit het verleden en er zijn live-interviews met de trainers met hun visie op de naderende ontmoeting. Barbara Barend neemt de presentatie voor haar rekening en Martin Koeman zal de analist zijn. De wedstrijd wordt van commentaar voorzien door Mark van Rijswijk.
Voorafgaand aan de wedstrijd zal er eerder op kanaal 1 – vanuit onze Studio in Aalsmeer – heen en weer geschakeld worden om sfeer te proeven en de actualiteit, zoals het afscheid van Stef Nijland en Mark-Jan Fledderus, in beeld te brengen. Tijdens de rust van de Graafschap – Vitesse (aanvang 12.30 uur) wordt ook overgeschakeld naar Euroborg voor het laatste nieuws.
