Rond de de wedstrijd FC Groningen-Vitesse zal het Fonds verstandelijk gehandicapten aanstaande zaterdag collecteren. Naar het duel - waarvoor nog een kleine zeventig kaarten te koop zijn - rijden opnieuw pendelbussen.
Kaarten in flexibele uitvak (Vak PP) kosten 18 euro per stuk. De verkoop verloopt via de optie Kaartverkoop op deze website. Pendelbussen Ook zaterdagavond zal er weer een pendelbusdienst van Arriva Touring actief zijn. Tijdens de eerste seizoenshelft is men gestart met een pendelbusdienst vanaf P&R Hoogkerk. Deze service is vanwege het succes tot en met het einde van dit seizoen uitgebreid met een tweede opstapplaats bij P&R Haren. Vooraf en na afloop rijdt er om de 10 minuten een bus naar en van Euroborg om de bezoekers af te zetten en op te halen bij de bushalte aan de Boumaboulevard voor het stadion. De kosten voor deze service bedragen 2,50 euro per persoon voor een retourtje. Collecte Fonds verstandelijk gehandicapten Mensen met een verstandelijke beperking willen niets liever dan erbij horen, naar school gaan, sporten, koken of de trein nemen. Dagelijkse dingen die de meeste mensen als vanzelfsprekend ervaren. Maar waar mensen met een verstandelijke handicap extra hulp en steun bij nodig hebben. Fonds verstandelijk gehandicapten maakt al meer dan vijftig jaar projecten voor verstandelijk gehandicapten en hun omgeving mogelijk. Zoals de inrichting van gemeenschappelijke ruimten en woonvormen, aangepaste materialen voor maneges, zorgboerderijen en speeltuinen. Maar ook groepsactiviteiten zodat mensen met een verstandelijke beperking kunnen zwemmen, fietsen, een computercursus volgen of een muziekfestival bezoeken. Daarnaast financiert Fonds verstandelijk gehandicapten ook informatiebijeenkomsten voor ouders en lotgenoten. De opbrengst van de collecte gaat voor de helft naar projecten in de provincie Groningen. Dus ook naar projecten voor verstandelijk gehandicapten bij u in de buurt!
