De eerste selectie van FC Groningen heeft in verband met de winterse neerslag donderdagochtend op Sportpark De Koepel in Haren getraind en zal daar - in principe - ook vrijdagochtend trainen. Mocht de situatie door nieuwe sneeuwval veranderen, wordt hiervan zo snel mogelijk melding gemaakt.
De training van de eerste selectie werd donderdagochtend verplaatst naar Haren omdat het kunstgrasveld in Eelde niet sneeuwvrij kon worden gemaakt. Ook op vrijdagochtend reist de selectie af naar Sportpark De Koepel in Haren. De training begint om 10.00 uur.
Geen activiteiten jeugd Donderdag 6 december en vrijdag 7 december zijn er geen trainingen van de RVO FC Groningen/Cambuur vanwege de weersomstandigheden. De KNVB heeft verder alle jeugdwedstrijden van zaterdag 8 december afgelast in verband met de dood van grensrechter Richard Nieuwenhuizen van amateurclub SC Buitenboys uit Almere.
