In de periode van vrijdag 28 oktober t/m zondag 30 oktober vinden er aan de A7 tussen Leek en Groningen in beide richtingen asfalteringwerkzaamheden plaats en het huidige verkeersysteem wordt afgebouwd. Bezoekers van FC Groningen-Feyenoord dienen hiermee rekening te houden.
Deze werkzaamheden worden van vrijdagavond 20.00 uur tot zondagavond 22.00 uur uitgevoerd. Wisselend zullen in deze periode 1 of 2 rijbanen per rijrichting beschikbaar zijn. Ter plaatse geldt een lagere maximumsnelheid van 70 km/u.
Gedurende deze werkzaamheden zijn de volgende op- en afritten afgesloten voor het verkeer:
Voor het verkeer vanuit Groningen richting Drachten – Afrit en oprit Leek (nr. 34) van vrijdag 28 oktober 20.00 uur tot zondagochtend 10.00 uur;
Voor het verkeer vanuit Drachten richting Groningen – Afrit en oprit Leek (nr. 34) op zondag 30 oktober van 14.00 uur tot 22.00 uur;
Het verkeer wordt dan omgeleid via de aansluitingen Boerakker en Westpoort. Op zondag moet het verkeer en dus ook de bezoekers aan FC Groningen-Feyenoord rekening houden met mogelijk filevorming richting Groningen.
Gele borden geven de omleidingroutes aan. Afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden en het verloop van de werkzaamheden kunnen de afsluitingen korter of langer duren. Tijdens de werkzaamheden moet het verkeer rekening houden met een langere reistijd.
