FC Groningen TV heeft vanavond twee samenvattingen van jeugdteams: RVO FC Groningen/Cambuur A1 - ADO Den Haag A1 en RVO FC Groningen/Cambuur B1 - Feyenoord B1. Daarnaast is er een uitgebreide impressie te zien van de benefietavond van Make-A-Wish Nederland van afgelopen maandag en blikt FCG TV vooruit op het duel tegen ADO Den Haag met Paco van Moorsel.
Afgelopen woensdag zette de A1 van RVO FC Groningen/Cambuur een goede stap richting de top-drie van de Nike Eredivisie voor A-junioren. ADO Den Haag werd simpel met 4-1 aan de kant gezet, een score die veel hoger had moeten uitvallen gezien de vele kansen die de ploeg van trainer Paul Raveneau kreeg. FCG TV sprak Raveneau, net als uitblinker en doelpuntenmaker Burak Saban en Arjen Hagenauw die zijn rentree maakte na de hamstringblessure die hij opliep vier weken geleden in de wedstrijd met Oranje onder-19.
RVO FC Groningen/Cambuur B1 speelde afgelopen zaterdag een goede wedstrijd tegen kampioenskandidaat Feyenoord B1. Ondanks een snel opgelopen 1-0 achterstand bood de B1 van FC Groningen de Rotterdammers goed partij en mocht Feyenoord blij zijn dat het duel uiteindelijk in 1-1 eindigde. Aanvoerder en goalgetter Kasper Oldenburger en de prima keepende Erwin Heidekamp vertellen hoe zij terugkijken op het gelijke spel tegen Feyenoord.
Afgelopen maandag was het organisatiebureau van FC Groningen voor de derde keer verantwoordelijk voor een zeer geslaagde benefietavond voor Make-A-Wish Nederland. Met 75.230 euro bracht de avond waarop was gehoopt: een grote opbrengst om de liefste wensen van kinderen met een levensbedreigende ziekte te kunnen vervullen. In FCG TV is een impressie van het gala te zien met deelname van onder andere Erik van Muiswinkel en Nick en Simon die allen iets met voetbal hebben.
Zaterdagavond ontmoet FC Groningen voor de derde keer dit seizoen ADO Den Haag. Beide vorige confrontaties, zoals 30 oktober 2012 voor de KNVB-Beker, eindigden in een 1-0 zege voor de FC. Michael de Leeuw zorgde tijdens dat duel voor de winnende treffer. Zaterdag is hij echter geschorst. En dus is Paco van Moorsel in Euroborg zijn vervanger.
Let op: FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.55 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 2. Daarna is FCG TV om 22.50 uur te zien op EL 2. Zaterdag is de herhaling om 8.40 uur op EL 1 en 16.40 uur op EL 1, voorafgaande aan FC Groningen – ADO Den Haag.
