FC Groningen TV kijkt vanavond terug op de 0-0 tegen VVV met Virgil van Dijk en Género Zeefuik. Daarnaast is er aandacht voor de actie voor Make-A-Wish Nederland, de komende bekerkraker tegen Ajax en is er een samenvatting te zien van Jong FC Groningen - Jong RKC Waalwijk.
FC Groningen speelde afgelopen zaterdag in Euroborg met 0-0 gelijk tegen VVV-Venlo. De FC kreeg snel tegenslag te verwerken door de rode kaart voor Leandro Bacuna die maandag werd geseponeerd. Essent Man of the Match Virgil van Dijk vertelde na afloop aan FCG TV dat het tactische plan van de FC na die rode kaart in duigen viel. Género Zeefuik had zich zijn terugkeer in het elftal na vier weken anders voorgesteld. Toch was hij tevreden over het feit dat hij de gehele negentig minuten vol maakte en een stuk fitter is na vier weken intensieve fitnesstraining.
Make-A-Wish Voorafgaande aan FC Groningen – VVV-Venlo werd er gecollecteerd voor Make-A-Wish Nederland. Collectanten stonden met enorme collectebussen bij de ingangen van het stadion om geld in te zamelen voor de stichting. Campagnekanjer Alexander zong voor aanvang van het duel namens Make-A-Wish op de middenstip van Euroborg en vertelde aan FCG TV waarom Make-A-Wish Nederland zo belangrijk is.
Kolkend Euroborg Donderdagavond staat om 20.00 uur de bekerkraker tegen Ajax op het programma. FC Groningen won één keer eerder thuis voor de beker van Ajax. Op woensdag 15 maart 1989 werd het 3-0 dankzij twee doelpunten van René Eijkelkamp en één van Hennie Meijer. Wellicht dat FC Groningen in een kolkend Euroborg weer tot bekerwinst tegen de Amsterdammers kan komen.
Beloften Jong FC Groningen verloor gisteravond de laatste wedstrijd van 2012 met 2-1 van Jong RKC Waalwijk. De beloften gaan de winterstop in met een zesde plaats in de Divisie A met elf punten uit acht wedstrijden, In FCG TV is vanavond een samenvatting van het duel tegen RKC te zien en kijkt trainer Dick Lukkien terug op de eerste seizoenshelft.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 2. De herhaling is op EL 2 te zien om 19.55 uur en 23.55 uur. Woensdag wordt FCG TV om 08.25 uur en 13.15 uur herhaald op EL 1. FC Groningen TV is zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV. De uitzending op de lokale omroep van Groningen begint om 15.30 uur waarna het tot 09.00 uur in de ochtend wordt herhaald.
