FC Groningen TV is vandaag bij de kick-off van de FC Groningen Buurt Battle in Assen, heeft een interview met keeperstrainer Sierd van der Berg die in november vorig jaar werd getroffen door acute leukemie en kijkt met Nick van der Velden vooruit naar het duel van zaterdag met Vitesse.
Afgelopen woensdag was in de wijk Assen-Oost in Assen de kick-off van de FC Groningen Buurt Battle. Het is voor de eerste keer dat de Buurt Battle in Assen plaatsvindt. Zes weken lang wordt er naast Assen gestreden in Groningen en Hoogezand om punten waarmee de deelnemende teams de finalemiddag op 30 april kunnen halen waar een VIP-arrangement voor FC Groningen – Heracles Almelo gewonnen kan worden. FCG TV was woensdag bij de kick-off in Assen.
Vorige week was in FCG TV te zien dat Rasmus Lindgren onlangs een bezoek bracht aan Mark Zwinkels, de clubtandarts van FC Groningen. Lindgren heeft de afgelopen jaren zijn gebit goed verzorgd, al laten de gemaakte foto’s zien dat er in de toekomst toch een probleem zou kunnen ontstaan. En dat kan leiden tot lastige omstandigheden voor een voetballer.
Donderdagochtend was keeperstrainer Sierd van der Berg aanwezig bij de training van FC Groningen. Van der Berg werd in november getroffen door acute leukemie en ging vanaf dat moment het zeer zware traject van behandeling in. Tot nu toe gaat deze behandeling de goede kant op, vertelt Van der Berg aan FC Groningen TV. Van der Berg kreeg de afgelopen maanden zeer veel steun en is daar in FCG TV enorm dankbaar voor.
Komende zaterdag komt Vitesse op bezoek in Euroborg. Op 1 oktober 2006 speelde FC Groningen een historische wedstrijd tegen Vitesse. Samen met de toenmalige trainer Ron Jans kijkt FCG TV terug naar die spectaculaire en ook emotionele middag. Zaterdag ontmoeten FC Groningen en Vitesse elkaar ontmoeten in Groningen. Nick van der Velden kijkt vooruit naar die belangrijke wedstrijd en vertelt dat FC Groningen alles zal moeten geven.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur en 23.25 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1. FCG TV wordt herhaald om 18.00 uur, 20.00 uur en 22.05 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5. Morgen is FCG TV te zien om 15.55 uur op kanaal 1.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
