FCG TV feliciteert vanavond Nick van der Velden met de geboorte van zijn dochter, kijkt vooruit naar het duel tegen RKC Waalwijk, is aanwezig bij de jaarlijkse handtekeningenmiddag van de Junior Club en brengt met een paar spelers en trainers van FC Groningen een bezoek aan de beste tennissers van Nederland.
Afgelopen woensdag werd Nick van der Velden de gelukkige vader van een fraaie dochter: Summer Jezz. Donderdagochtend trakteerde Van der Velden zijn teamgenoten op beschuit met muisjes en nam hij een cadeautje in ontvangst van FC Groningen TV. Uiteraard keek FCG TV ook alvast vooruit naar het duel tegen RKC Waalwijk van zaterdag met Van der Velden en trainer Erwin van de Looi.
Woensdag was ook de dag van de jaarlijkse handtekeningenmiddag van de Junior Club. Van der Velden ontbrak logischerwijs, maar voor de rest was de gehele selectie en staf van FC Groningen aanwezig. De leden van de Junior Club hadden allerlei attributen meegenomen waar een handtekening opgezet kon worden. De meest bijzondere: een vrachtwagen en een paar FC Groningen-klompen.
Vorige week promoveerde het Nederlandse Davis Cup team naar de wereldgroep dankzij een 5-0 overwinning in MartiniPlaza op Oostenrijk. De beste Nederlandse tennissers raakten een paar dagen voor het duel al in de ‘winning mood’ toen een deel van de selectie en staf van FC Groningen een bezoek bracht aan een training van het Davis Cup team. Het werd een onvergetelijk bezoek want de spelers van de FC kregen de ballen letterlijk om de oren geslagen.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur uitgezonden op kanaal 1 van Fox Sports Eredivisie. De herhaling is te zien om 18.00 uur en 22.20 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur, 21.25 uur en 23.20 uur op kanaal 5 van Fox Sports Eredivisie. Zaterdag is FCG TV om 19.05 uur te zien op Fox Sports Eredivisie 3 in aanloop naar FC Groningen – RKC.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
