FC Groningen TV staat dinsdagavond bijna volledig in het teken van de mooie 1-0 overwinning op Ajax van afgelopen zondag. De uitgebreide terugblik begint met Jan Mulder, die onder andere laat weten zeer gecharmeerd te zijn van spits David Texeira. Daarnaast vertellen trainer Pieter Huistra, Virgil van Dijk, matchwinner Leandro Bacuna en Tim Sparv ieder hun verhaal van de ontmoeting tegen de regerend landskampioen.
Zo ontving Tim Sparv na afloop van de kraker in Euroborg een Finse vlag uit het publiek. De middenvelder van FC Groningen toont trots de nationale vlag van zijn land voor de camera van FC Groningen TV en vertelt over het hoe en waarom. Extra bijzonder Voor Lorenzo Burnet en Johan Kappelhof was de topper tegen Ajax extra bijzonder omdat zij vorig seizoen nog in Amsterdam speelden. De speciale camera van FCG TV volgde het tweetal tijdens de wedstrijd en registreerde onder meer mooie duels tussen Burnet en Miralem Sulejmani.
Burnet werd na afloop van de gewonnen wedstrijd door de supporters van FC Groningen via de website van de club ook nog eens gekozen tot Essent Man of the Match. Het maakte het bijzondere weekend van de kleine linksback helemaal compleet. Nieuwsbrief Uit de wekelijkse online nieuwsbrief, die elke dinsdagmiddag rond 14.30 uur wordt geplaatst op deze website, vertelt algemeen directeur Hans Nijland over de jaarlijkse algemene ledenvergadering van de Supportersvereniging en de aansluitende forumavond, gaat hij in op de Top-5 voor de tribunenamen in Euroborg en maakt hij bekend dat het Twitter-account van de club al meer dan 4.000 volgers telt. Uitzendingen FC Groningen TV wordt dinsdagavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 1. De herhaling op EDL 1 is te zien om 22.55 uur. Op Eredivisie Live 2 is FCG TV te zien om 19.00 uur, 21.00 uur en 23.00 uur. Woensdag zijn er herhalingen op EDL 1 om 11.30 uur en 14.15 uur.
