FC Groningen zal ter voorbereiding op de competitiewedstrijd tegen Heracles Almelo, deze week al haar trainingen afwerken op het kunstgrasveld van Be Quick 1887 in Haren.
Dit betekent dat de selectie van trainer Pieter Huistra maandagmiddag, dinsdagochtend en –middag en donderdag- en vrijdagochtend op Sportpark Esserberg te vinden zal zijn om zo optimaal mogelijk voorbereid te zijn op het treffen in Polman Stadion in Almelo, zaterdagavond om 19.45 uur. De ochtendtrainingen beginnen donderdag en vrijdag om 10.30 uur. Woensdag staan er geen trainingsactiviteiten gepland. Kunstgrasveld Zoals wellicht bekend is, speelt Heracles haar thuiswedstrijden in de Eredivisie op een kunstgrasveld. Om de spelers van FC Groningen hierop zo goed mogelijk voor te bereiden, geldt het hoofdveld van Be Quick deze week als trainingslocatie. Het TCN Trainingscomplex zal er deze dagen dan ook verlaten bij liggen. Vanaf zondag 16 oktober zal de selectie van FC Groningen weer op het oefenveld naast de Mediacentrale te vinden zijn.
