Vanavond, donderdag 4 december, is er weer een nieuwe aflevering van FC Groningen TV te zien op FOX Sports Eredivisie. Daarin dit keer onder meer een gesprek met de nieuwste Zweedse aanwinst van FC Groningen: Simon Tibbling.
Daarnaast is er een portret te zien van keeper Sergio Padt en keeperstrainer Sierd van der Berg en een voorbeschouwing op de derby tegen SC Heerenveen met Mimoun Mahi en clubtopscorer Michael de Leeuw. Gepresenteerd Afgelopen vrijdag werd Simon Tibbling aan pers en sponsors gepresenteerd als nieuwe aanwinst van FC Groningen. De 20-jarige Zweed sluit na de jaarwisseling aan bij de selectie van trainer Erwin van de Looi. Tibbling kent veel landgenoten, die eerder actief waren voor de FC. Eén van hen is Fredrik Stenman, met wie hij het afgelopen half jaar voetbalde bij Djurgårdens IF. Stenman stuurde vrijdag een bericht naar FCG TV met een leuke mededeling over hem en Tibbling. Keeper Keeper Sergio Padt steekt de laatste wedstrijden in een uitstekende vorm. De doelman werd twee keer achter elkaar verkozen tot Essent Man of the Match en speelde afgelopen zondag ook tegen FC Twente weer een prima wedstrijd. FCG TV maakte een portret van Padt en volgt daarbij tevens zijn keeperstrainer, Sierd van der Berg. Derby Komende zondag ontvangt FC Groningen in Euroborg sc Heerenveen. Voor sommige spelers zal het de eerste Derby van het Noorden zijn. Zoals voor Mimoun Mahi, die de afgelopen dagen al wel heeft vernomen hoe zeer het duel tegen de Friezen leeft in Stad en Ommeland. Hoewel Heerenveen al zeven duels op rij niet wist te winnen, laat topscorer Michael de Leeuw weten dat van onderschatting absoluut geen sprake zal zijn. Uitzendingen FC Groningen TV wordt donderdagavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op FOX Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1. De uitzending wordt om 20.30 uur en 22.00 uur herhaald op kanaal 1 en om 19.00 uur en 22.30 uur op kanaal 3.
FC Groningen TV is elke zaterdag vanaf 15.30 uur ook te zien op OOG TV, Ziggo kanaal 40. De uitzending wordt doorlopend herhaald tot zondagochtend 09.00 uur. Documentaire Donderdag en vrijdag is om 17.00 uur op kanaal 1 ook de herhaling te zien van de FC Groningen Doc ‘De Helden van Groningen’, de documentaire over de clubiconen Piet Fransen, Martin Koeman en Tonny van Leeuwen.
