FC Groningen TV kijkt vanavond terug op de 2-1 overwinning van zaterdag op Willem II met matchwinner David Texeira, Leandro Bacuna, Virgil van Dijk en Michael de Leeuw. Daarnaast sprak FCG TV oud-FC Groningen aanvaller Bud Brocken in Tilburg. Ook is deel 2 te zien van het bezoek van Andraz Kirm aan de basketballers van GasTerra Flames.
Afgelopen zaterdag behaalde FC Groningen in Tilburg een zeer belangrijke 2-1 overwinning op Willem II. Met doelpuntenmakers Leandro Bacuna en David Texeira kijkt FCG TV terug op de wedstrijd die een slechte eerste, maar stukken betere tweede helft kende. Virgil van Dijk en Michael de Leeuw keerden met FC Groningen terug bij hun oude club Willem II. Nostalgische gevoelens golden voor hen even niet zaterdagavond. Het was leuk om terug te zijn. Maar het belangrijkste was het binnenhalen van de drie punten.
Voorafgaande aan het duel tegen Willem II trof FCG TV Bud Brocken in de bestuurskamer van de Tilburgers. Brocken speelde tussen 1982 en 1985 voor FC Groningen en maakte onder meer de Europa-cupduels tegen Atletico Madrid en Inter Milaan mee. In die periode werd hij ook geselecteerd voor het Nederlands elftal. In 1985 keerde hij weer terug bij Willem II, de club waar hij zijn carrière ook was begonnen. Met FCG TV kijkt hij terug op de periode in Groningen en legt hij uit waar de naam Bud vandaan komt.
Vorige week vrijdag was deel 1 van het bezoek van Andraz Kirm aan de basketballers van GasTerra Flames te zien. Vanavond maakt de Sloveen Kirm in deel 2 kennis met de coach van Flames, de Kroaat Ivica Skelin, en laat Kirm in het pauzespel zien dat hij, naast voetbaltalent, ook over basketbaltalent beschikt.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 1. De herhaling is te zien om 19.00 uur, 21.00 uur en 23.00 uur op EL 2. Woensdag wordt FCG TV om 08.30 uur en 13.10 uur herhaald op EL 1.
FC Groningen TV is zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV. De uitzending op de lokale omroep van Groningen begint om 15.30 uur waarna het tot 9.00 uur in de ochtend wordt herhaald.
