FC Groningen TV komt vanavond om 18.00 uur op Eredivisie Live 1 uitgebreid terug op de succesvolle eerste thuiswedstrijd van dit seizoen. Met Pieter Huistra, Tim Matavz, Lorenzo Burnet en Kees Kwakman wordt teruggeblikt op de 4-2 overwinning op ADO Den Haag.
De supporters van FC Groningen kozen na FC Groningen – ADO Den Haag Maikel Kieftenbeld tot Essent Man of the Match. FC Groningen TV laat zien waarom. FCG TV laat diezelfde supporters tevens aan het woord over hun verwachtingen van het seizoen 2011-2012.
Ook is er aandacht voor het afscheid van zes oud-spelers van FC Groningen: Andreas Granqvist, Jeroen Veldmate, Shkodran Metaj, Serhat Koç, Norair Mamedov en Michael Janssen. FC Groningen TV koos speciaal hiervoor de drie mooiste doelpunten uit van Granqvist in het shirt van FC Groningen.
