FC Groningen TV staat vanavond in het teken van twee duels die iedereen in en rond FC Groningen de afgelopen dagen bezighield: FC Groningen – PSV en Jong Ajax – Jong FC Groningen. De camera van FCG TV volgde afgelopen zondag Suk Hyun-Jun die bij zijn debuut in de basis uitgroeide tot de held van Euroborg. Na afloop vertelde de razendpopulaire Zuid-Koreaan verliefd te zijn op de FC Groningen supporters die hem daarna massaal uitriepen tot Essent Man of the Match.
Ook voor Jonas Ivens was het een mooie week. Hij werd vader van dochter Esmee, keerde na drie duels afwezigheid terug in het elftal van trainer Pieter Huistra en speelde zijn oud teamgenoot Tim Matavz volledig uit de wedstrijd. Leandro Bacuna was de derde speler van de FC die na afloop van de fraaie 3-0 overwinning met een big smile rondliep. Hij was de maker van de perfect uitgespeelde 2-0 van FC Groningen.
Jong FC Groningen slaagde een dag na de winst op PSV er niet in de finale van de KNVB-beker voor de beloften te bereiken. Jong Ajax won in Amsterdam de halve finale met 2-0 van de ploeg van trainer Dick Lukkien waardoor Jong FC Groningen zich nu volledig op de competitie kan gaan richten. FC Groningen TV reed gisteren achter de beloften van de FC aan richting De Toekomst, registreerde de heenreis en maakte uiteraard ook opnames van de wedstrijd.
Jong FC Groningen aanvoerder Nick bakker was na afloop van het duel tegen Jong Ajax uiteraard teleurgesteld. Toch kan hij terugzien op een mooi weekend want zondag maakte hij tegen PSV kort voor tijd zijn debuut in het eerste elftal van FC Groningen. Een mooie ervaring die hij snel weer losliet om zich te kunnen richten op Jong Ajax.
FC Groningen TV is vanavond om 18.00 uur te zien op Eredivisie Live 1 . De aflevering wordt herhaald om 19.00 uur, 21.00 uur en 23.00 uur op Eredivisie Live 2. Woensdag zijn er herhalingen om 08.35 uur en 13.15 uur op EL 1.
