Afgelopen zondag wist FC Groningen in eigen huis Ajax te verslaan met 2-0!
In de eerste helft kwamen de ploegen niet tot scoren, maar vlak na het fluitsignaal van de 2e helft wist de jarige Eric Botteghin wel het net te vinden. Een geweldig verjaardagscadeau voor hem. Aan het einde van de wedstrijd wist invaller Michael de Leeuw de 2e treffer te maken; hij kopte de bal netjes in het doel, eindstand 2-0!
Voorafgaand aan de wedstrijd liepen er 14 Junior Club leden met een spelers, scheids- of grensrechter het veld op: Joep Pasterkamp, Glenn Bisschop, Vinnie Waterman, Meike Bierma, Bas Oolders, Robbe van Oosten, Dylan Dijkstra, Suzanne Staal, Julian Godlieb, Lilian Sloots, Emiel de Vries, Kyran Kolk, Sem van der Horn, Wouter de Vries.
