Gedurende het seizoen 2013/2014 hebben een recordaantal van 29 jeugdspelers eindexamen moeten doen voor school. Al deze spelers hebben dit gedaan op onze samenwerkende Topsporttalent-school het H.N. Werkmancollege in Groningen.
Afgelopen dagen hebben alle spelers te horen gekregen of ze hun diploma voor VMBO-HAVO of VWO behaald hebben. De club hecht grote waarde aan een goede combinatie tussen voetbal en studie en presteren op twee fronten. In samenwerking met het H.N. Werkmancollege afdelingen Kluiverboom en Dalton hebben we dit vormgegeven.
We zijn dan ook ontzettend trots en blij om te melden dat na het eerste tijdvak 23 spelers hun schooldiploma behaald hebben. Een vijftal spelers kan nog door middel van een herexamen alsnog hun diploma behalen. We wensen hen nog heel veel succes. Tot slot zal Richairo Zivkovic nog twee examens moeten inhalen. Deze waren uitgesteld in verband met de succesvolle deelname aan de play-offs.
Wij willen onderstaande spelers feliciteren met het behalen van hun schooldiploma:
