De Eredivisie en de Jupiler League presenteren vandaag het Fan Onderzoek 2012/’13. Het is voor het vierde opeenvolgende jaar dat de clubs hun supporters volop de gelegenheid bieden om zich uit te spreken over welke zaken hen tevreden stemt én waar ruimte is voor verbetering.
In totaal waren maar liefst 55.000 seizoenkaarthouders en clubcardhouders van alle clubs uit de Eredivisie en Jupiler League bereid om mee te denken over de beleving van hun club. Hiermee werken de clubs op unieke en collectieve wijze aan de fanbeleving in Nederland. Het onderzoek is bovendien het meest omvangrijke Fan Onderzoek van Europa. Beide volledige onderzoeken zijn te downloaden via de externe link onderaan dit bericht. Onderwerpen Sinds het seizoen 2009/10 voeren de Eredivisie en Jupiler League in samenwerking met KNVB Expertise en Blauw Research het Fan Onderzoek uit. Hierin worden onderwerpen die voor de fans van belang zijn onder de loep genomen zoals wedstrijdbezoek, sfeer, voetbal en maatschappij, veiligheid en sportiviteit, kaartverkoop en mediagebruik. Naast dit algemene divisiebrede rapport ontvangen alle clubs bovendien een specifieke rapportage met betrekking tot de uitkomsten van hun eigen achterban.
