FC Groningen TV blikt vanavond op FOX Sports vooruit op de wedstrijd van komende zondag tegen ADO Den Haag. Daarnaast vertelt Sergio Padt over de kracht van de defensie van FC Groningen.
Vorige week vrijdag speelde FC Groningen met 0-0 gelijk tegen FC Utrecht. Het was de achtste keer dit seizoen dat FC Groningen geen tegentreffers hoefde te incasseren. Voor Sergio Padt is het een evenaring van het seizoensrecord clean-sheets. In de seizoenen 2015/2016 en 2016/2017 hield Padt ook acht keer de nul. De kans is dus aanwezig dat de doelman dit seizoen een persoonlijk record gaat vestigen. In FCG TV gaat Padt vanavond uitgebreid in op het houden van de nul en de kracht van de defensie van FC Groningen.
Zondagmiddag is ADO Den Haag de volgende tegenstander van FC Groningen. Trainer Danny Buijs heeft goede herinneringen aan FC Groningen – ADO Den Haag, want in 2005 scoorde hij als speler van de FC twee keer tegen ADO. Buijs blikt vanavond vooruit op de ontmoeting van komende zondag, net als verdediger Jeffrey Chabot.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.15 uur uitgezonden op FOX Sports kanaal 1. De uitzending wordt vanavond om 19.00 uur en 1.00 uur herhaald op kanaal 3. Zaterdag is FCG TV om 14.30 uur te zien op kanaal 3 en zondag om 13.50 uur op kanaal 2, voorafgaande aan FC Groningen – ADO Den Haag.
