Afgelopen zondag was het een drukte van belang op het stadion van FC Groningen. Het was namelijk weer tijd voor de jaarlijkse open dag. De 22ste al!
Maar liefst 15.000 mensen namen een kijkje in en om het stadion. Voor alle kinderen was er van alles te doen op het kidsplein. Je kon jezelf laten sminken met een echt FC logo, je kon je voetbalskills trainen bij de stand van Skills For All, je kon jezelf laten natekenen door een karikatuurtekenaar en na de spelerspresentatie kon je de spelers zelfs tegen het lijf lopen. Niet alleen de spelers, maar ook Groby had het hartstikke druk! Hij ging met iedereen op de foto en kon soms maar met moeite door alle supporters heen lopen. Hoewel hij ‘s avonds erg moe was, heeft hij een hele gezellige dag gehad. Ook bij de Junior Club stand was het heel erg druk. Als je je in schreef bij de stand maakte je kans op kaartjes voor de oefenwedstrijd FC Groningen – KV Mechelen. Ruim 250 kinderen schreven zich in en 70 van hen wonnen kaartjes voor de wedstrijd.
