Donderdag is Jarino Mobiele Units begonnen met het opbouwen van de units voor de nieuwe behuizing van de jeugdopleiding van FC Groningen op Corpus den Hoorn. In de eerste helft van november wordt het gebouw opgeleverd.
Het gebouw heeft een afmeting van 39 bij zes meter. Op de begane grond zijn twee kleedkamers, twee medische ruimtes en daarnaast technische ruimtes. Op de eerste verdieping zijn er drie kantoren, een kleedkamer voor de trainers, een vergaderruimte en daarnaast een ontvangstruimte.
Het bedrijf Jarino Mobiele Units is verantwoordelijk voor de nieuwbouw van het nieuwe jeugdgebouw op ‘Corpus’. Commercieel directeur Diederik Kwant: “Het is helemaal op maat voor FC Groningen gemaakt. Het wordt aangeleverd in blokken van drie bij zes meter. Er zijn een trailer, enkele vrachtwagens en ladingen rijplaten nodig om het hele gebouw samen te stellen. Binnen twee dagen is de constructie wind- en waterdicht. Daarna zijn we nog ongeveer anderhalve week bezig om het binnenwerk allemaal in orde te maken.”
Daarna kan FC Groningen verhuizen. “Het gebouw is hoogwaardig en optisch niet te onderscheiden van permanente bouw. Daarbij komt nog het grote voordeel van de mogelijkheid het op de ene plek af te breken en elders weer op te bouwen. Dat is milieuvriendelijk en kosteneffectief. Het houdt de mogelijkheid om te veranderen van leefomgeving. FC Groningen heeft het gebouw gehuurd voor de komende tien jaar, maar daarna is het zeker nog niet afgeschreven.”
