In FC Groningen TV kijken we terug op de ruim vier jaar die Tim Matavz uitkwam voor FC Groningen. De naar PSV vertrokken spits speelde 100 duels voor FC Groningen waarin hij 46 keer scoorde. Matavz is na Luis Suárez en Marcus Berg de derde spits die voor vele miljoenen werd verkocht.
Zaterdag was FC Groningen TV aanwezig bij de Martini Sport Beurs in Sportcentrum Kardinge. Vele noordelijke topsporters zoals Edwin van Calker, Renate Groenewold, Sem Schilt en Ranomi Kromowidjojo lieten daar hun licht schijnen op het vertrek van Matavz naar PSV. Voor de in Eindhoven woonachtige Kromowidjojo had FCG TV een speciaal cadeau meegenomen dat wellicht binnenkort te zien is op de tribune van PSV.
Maandag vond in het Stadspark in Groningen voor de tweede keer het Groninger Footgolf Kampioenschap plaats. Voor FC Groningen kwamen Koen van de Laak, Petter Andersson, Kees Kwakman en Danny Holla in actie. Ze speelden niet alleen met elkaar maar vooral ook tegen elkaar. En dat leverde komische taferelen op.
Tot slot is in FCG TV het item over de wekelijke nieuwsbrief van Hans Nijland te zien.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 1. De herhaling is om 20.00 en 23.40 uur. FCG TV is vanavond ook te zien op Eredivisie Live 2 om 18.55 uur, 20.55 uur en 22.55 uur. Woensdag zijn er herhalingen om 11.30 uur en 14.15 uur op EL 1.
