FC Groningen TV heeft vandaag een reportage over het Make-A-Wish Gala dat afgelopen maandag 74.900 euro opleverde. Daarnaast is FCG TV bij een voetbaltoernooi dat mede georganiseerd wordt door twee spelers van FC Groningen A1 en is er een reportage over FC Groningen C1 dat zich zaterdag veilig speelde in de Eerste Divisie A.
Afgelopen maandag vond voor de vierde keer bij Noordlease, sponsorrelatie van FC Groningen, een gala voor Make-A-Wish Nederland plaats. Het gala was opnieuw een groot succes met een opbrengst van €74.900,-. Het organisatiebureau FC Groningen had deze editie onder anderen cabaretier Bert Visscher, Marianne Timmer en Ronald en Erwin Koeman gevraagd om als tafelgast te fungeren. Voor Visscher was het de eerste keer dat hij aanwezig was bij het gala. Hij leverde meteen een goede bijdrage door flink veel loten te verkopen aan de aanwezigen in de zaal. Timmer mocht net als vorig jaar de winnende loten trekken. En dat leverde de ook aanwezige Nick van der Velden een mooie prijs op.
Woensdag werd op het Johan Cruyff Court in het Groninger Oosterpark de kwartfinale van het Cruyff Court 6vs6-toernooi gehouden. Het wereldwijde toernooi werd in Groningen georganiseerd door studenten van het Johan Cruyff College Groningen. Twee van die studenten zijn Liban Abdulahi en Tolgahan Cicek van FC Groningen A1. FCG TV volgde de studenten in aanloop en tijdens het toernooi en maakte alvast kennis met het team Buurt Battle Hoogezand dat over een kleine twee weken ook meedoet aan de finale van de Buurt Battle FC Groningen.
Dankzij een 5-4 overwinning op AFC speelt FC Groningen C1 ook volgend seizoen in de Eerste Divisie A. FCG TV was afgelopen zaterdag bij de belangrijke overwinning en keek na afloop met spelers Martijn van Maastrigt, Luka Prljic en Jairzinho Leirissa terug op het seizoen en de reden waarom de C1 zo lang moest strijden voor handhaving.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur en 23.25 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1. FCG TV wordt herhaald om 18.00 uur en 21.50 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
