In de afgelopen weken is enige ophef ontstaan over het door ons sinds 2009 gevoerde logo. Enkele supporters hebben ons gewezen op het feit dat het logo ‘scheef’ staat en bovendien een ‘vreemd’ lettertype bevat. Afgelopen dinsdag is de klankbordgroep om die reden bij elkaar gekomen.
Inmiddels is een verzoek bij communicatiepartner La Compagnie neergelegd om enkele zaken ter aanpassing in overweging te nemen. Het gaat daarbij om het lettertype, de uitlijning de letter, de schaduwrand en de exacte kleur.
In de loop van deze week zal La Compagnie aan bevindingen met FC Groningen kenbaar maken. Vervolgens zal de club – opnieuw in overleg met de Klankbordgroep – het definitieve logo vaststellen en vastleggen voor de verre toekomst.
