FC Groningen TV blikt vanavond terug op de 2-0 zege tegen Heracles Almelo met debutant Timo Letschert, aanvoerder Kees Kwakman en trainer Robert Maaskant. Daarnaast is er een samenvatting te zien van de 1-0 zege van de beloften op Jong FC Twente en was FCG TV aanwezig bij de jaarlijkse benefietavond van FC Groningen voor Make-A-Wish Nederland.
FC Groningen won afgelopen zaterdag voor de derde keer op rij. Deze keer werd Heracles in Almelo met 2-0 verslagen. Voor Timo Letschert betekende het duel zijn debuut voor FC Groningen. Hij zorgde er mede met aanvoerder Kees Kwakman voor dat de spitsen van Heracles niet tot scoren kwamen. FCG TV volgde Letschert tijdens de wedstrijd en sprak hem na afloop, net als Kwakman en trainer Robert Maaskant.
Jong FC Groningen slaagde erin om na twee nederlagen weer een wedstrijd in winst om te zetten. Vijf minuten voor tijd zorgde invaller Alex Christovao ervoor dat Jong FC Twente met 1-0 werd verslagen. Christovao was na afloop blij dat hij als invaller voor het winnende doelpunt had kunnen zorgen. Ook trainer Dick Lukkien was uiteraard tevreden want hij wil met zijn ploeg, na kampioen sc Heerenveen, graag het seizoen afsluiten op de tweede plaats in de Beloftecompetitie.
Maandagavond organiseerde het organisatiebureau van FC Groningen in Autoborg voor de derde keer een benefietavond voor Make-A-Wish Nederland. Wederom was het een zeer succesvolle avond met een fraaie opbrengst van 75.230 euro. De aanwezige gasten genoten van optredens van Erik van Muiswinkel en Nick en Simon en gaven gul tijdens de veiling onder leiding van Jacques D’Ancona. In FCG TV is een impressie te zien van de bijzondere avond.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 1 en om 19.00 uur op Eredivisie Live 2. De herhaling is te zien om 20.00 uur op EL 1 en om 21.00 uur en 23.00 uur op EL 2. Woensdag wordt FCG TV om 08.30 uur en 13.15 uur herhaald op EL 1.
FC Groningen TV is zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV. De uitzending op de lokale omroep van Groningen begint om 15.30 uur waarna het tot 9.00 uur in de ochtend wordt herhaald.
