Woensdagavond 3 juli 2013 vond de KleuRUN van Grunn plaats op de Drafbaan en in het Stadspark in Groningen. Maar liefst 1500 lopers liepen 5 kilometer voor Make-A-Wish Nederland.
De lopers finishten allen als een kleurrijk kunstwerk: op 5 punten werden ze bestrooid met kleurpoeder. De opbrengst van de KleuRUN van Grunn komt volledig ten goede aan Make-A-Wish Nederland. Het event werd mogelijk gemaakt door FC Groningen, Huis voor de Sport Groningen en de Hanzehogeschool. Make-A-Wish Nederland De opbrengst van de KleuRUN van Grunn gaat naar Make-A-Wish Nederland. Deze organisatie vervult de wensen van kinderen tussen de 3 en 18 jaar met een levensbedreigende ziekte. Het aantal deelnemers aan het event en de lotenverkoop waren beiden boven verwachting. Daardoor kunnen de wensen van vele zieke kinderen in vervulling gaan.
Het bruto resultaat van KleuRUN van Grunn 2013 is een bedrag geworden van €25.263.
