FC Groningen TV kijkt vanavond terug op de 3-0 nederlaag van zondag tegen FC Twente. Essent Man of the Match Andraz Kirm en Nick Bakker komen aan het woord, net als keeper Marco Bizot, die de rode kaart die hij ontving geseponeerd zag worden. Daarnaast kijkt Stefano Magnasco terug op zijn terugkeer in het eerste elftal en zien we hoe het met oud-FC Groningen-speler Sepp De Roover gaat.
FC Groningen verloor afgelopen zondag geflatteerd met 3-0 van FC Twente. Breekpunt in de wedstrijd was de rode kaart voor keeper Marco Bizot, een uitsluiting die een dag later door de KNVB werd geseponeerd. Bizot was na afloop van het duel al overtuigd van het terug draaien van de rode kaart. Wel gaf hij toe dat hij niet geheel vrijuit ging bij het eerste doelpunt van FC Twente. Debuut in Euroborg Verdediger Nick Bakker hoorde pas tijdens de warming-up dat hij de geblesseerde Kees Kwakman moest vervangen. Bakker maakte daarmee zijn debuut in de basis in Euroborg en speelde als vervanger voor de aanvoerder een prima wedstrijd, centraal in de verdediging van FC Groningen.
Andraz Kirm werd door de supporters uitgeroepen tot Essent Man of the Match. De Sloveense vleugelaanvaller schreef de nederlaag toe aan het onbenut laten van de kansen. Terug in de basis Stefano Magnasco kon zondag ook terugkijken op een goed duel. Een week eerder keerde hij na ruim een half jaar tegen NAC Breda terug in de basis bij FC Groningen. Aan FCG TV vertelt hij hoe de tussenliggende maanden beleefde en dat hij wachtte op een nieuwe kans in het eerste elftal. Terug in Euroborg Met NAC Breda keerde Sepp De Roover anderhalve week geleden terug in Euroborg. De rechtervleugelverdediger was van januari 2008 tot juli 2010 in dienst van FC Groningen. Op 29 november 2009 speelde hij zijn laatste officiële speelminuten in het groen-wit. Op die zondag raakte De Roover tegen NEC al na drie minuten zwaar geblesseerd aan zijn knie. Op vrijdag 8 maart stond hij, weliswaar als wissel van NAC, voor het eerst weer op het veld van Euroborg. Uitzendingen FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 1. De herhaling is te zien op EL 2 om 19.00 uur, 21.00 uur en 23.00 uur. Woensdag wordt FCG TV om 08.30 uur en 13.15 uur herhaald op EL 1.
FC Groningen TV is op zaterdagmiddag ook te zien op OOG TV. De uitzending op de lokale omroep van Groningen, met daarin de twee afleveringen van FCG TV van de afgelopen week, begint om 15.30 uur en wordt doorlopend herhaald tot 09.00 uur zondagochtend.
