FC Groningen TV blikt vandaag in de laatste reguliere aflevering van dit seizoen terug op de 0-0 tegen AZ met Maikel Kieftenbeld en Johan Kappelhof. Daarnaast volgen Marco Bizot en Eric Botteghin een cursus Grunnegs, brengt FCG TV een bezoek aan een gastgezin van de jeugdopleiding van de FC en wordt de winnaar van de prijsvraag rond de kunstroof in Euroborg bekend gemaakt.
Deze week volgden Marco Bizot en Eric Botteghin een bijzondere cursus: Grunnegs. Westfries Bizot en Braziliaan Botteghin werden door Henk Scholte van het Huis van de Groninger Cultuur bijgespijkerd in de taal die zij regelmatig om hen heen gesproken horen worden. Zo leren ze wat een schoffieloerder is en wat het Groninger woord voor broek is. Ook zingen ze samen met Scholten het Grunnegs Laid.
Diverse spelers uit de jeugdopleiding van FC Groningen verblijven doordeweeks in een gastgezin omdat hun ouderlijk huis op een flinke afstand van Groningen ligt. Jan en Ria Kroeze uit Harkstede bieden onderdak aan Tim Riksman en Jesse Borst van FC Groningen B2. FCG TV bracht een bezoek aan Harkstede en zag dat het huis in Harkstede echt een thuis is voor Tim en Jesse.
Donderdagavond speelde FC Groningen de eerste wedstrijd van de play-offfinale tegen AZ met 0-0 gelijk. FCG TV blikt terug op het duel met aanvoerder Maikel Kieftenbeld en Johan Kappelhof die de supporters oproepen om zondag de FC in Euroborg massaal te steunen richting Europees voetbal. Die ontknoping is te zien een special van FC Groningen TV over de play-offs die zaterdag 24 mei wordt uitgezonden op Fox Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1.
Tot slot wordt vanavond de winnaar bekend gemaakt van de prijsvraag rond de kunstroof die recent plaatsvond in Euroborg. De winnaar wordt bekend gemaakt door de dader die dus meteen wordt ontmaskerd.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.05 uur en 23.40 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1. FCG TV wordt herhaald om 18.00 uur, 19.55 uur en 21.50 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
