FC Groningen TV kijkt vandaag terug op de 1-0 nederlaag tegen FC Utrecht met Johan Kappelhof en invaller Nick van der Velden. Daarnaast is er een samenvatting te zien van Jong FC Groningen - Jong FC Volendam.
FC Groningen verloor afgelopen zondag met 1-0 van FC Utrecht. FC Groningen kreeg voldoende kansen om de wedstrijd in winst om te zetten, maar verzuimde dat. En dus was na afloop de teleurstelling van het gezicht van Johan Kappelhof af te lezen. Het duel bezorgde Nick van der Velden gemengde gevoelens. Hij was blij met zijn rentree op de Nederlandse velden, maar baalde van de nederlaag.
In eerdere afleveringen van FCG TV was te zien dat FC Groningen enige weken geleden is begonnen met het project OldStars FC Groningen. In navolging van PSV, RKC Waalwijk en ADO Den Haag kunnen 60-plussers de komende maanden onder de vlag van FC Groningen elke donderdagochtend trainen op het sportpark van VV Hoogezand. Vandaag doen de deelnemers een warming-up. En dat doen ze, in stijl, wandelend.
Maandagavond heroverde Jong FC Groningen de koppositie in de Beloftencompetitie Divisie A door met 3-1 te winnen van FC Volendam. In FCG TV is een samenvatting te zien van het duel dat spectaculair begon en fraai eindigde met een mooi doelpunt van Richairo Zivkovic. Jong FC Groningen-verdediger Ron Janzen laat weten hoe hij terugkijkt op de belangrijke zege.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1. FCG TV wordt herhaald om 18.00 uur en 22.00 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5. Morgen is FCG TV te zien om 14.05 uur op kanaal 1 van Fox Sports Eredivisie.
