Terwijl de eerste selectie in Spanje verblijft, gaat Jong FC Groningen van trainer Alfons Arts dit weekend naar Duitsland voor een hallentoernooi en mini-trainingskamp.
De ploeg vertrekt zaterdagochtend om kwart voor negen richting Osnabrück en neemt ’s middags deel aan het toernooi van SV Hellern. Op zondag worden er twee trainingen afgewerkt door de Beloftenploeg.
Maandagmiddag om 14.00 uur wordt de oefenwedstrijd tegen SV Meppen gespeeld op Sportpark Corpus den Hoorn.
De selectie voor het Duitse tripje telt elf spelers van de B-kern aangevuld met vijf spelers van FC Groningen A1, dat haar competitiewedstrijd met Heerenveen voor komende zaterdag afgelast zag.
