In FC Groningen TV is er vanavond een weerzien met Magnus Johansson. De oud-verdediger van FC Groningen werkt tegenwoordig op de commerciële afdeling van IFK Göteborg en bezocht met 53 sponsors van de Zweedse club afgelopen zaterdag FC Groningen - NEC.
Na afloop van het duel tegen NEC zocht Johansson zijn Zweedse landgenoten Petter Andersson en Emil Johansson (geen familie) op. Andersson deed tijdens die ontmoeting uit de doeken dat hij op ‘harde wijze’ in Zweden al kennis had gemaakt met Magnus Johansson.
In FCG TV wordt uiteraard ook teruggekeken op FC Groningen – NEC. Tom Hiariej, Jonas Ivens en trainer Pieter Huistra geven hun reacties op de 3-3 die na afloop voelde als een nederlaag.
Essent Man of the Match David Texeira hield wel een goed gevoel over aan de wedstrijd tegen de Nijmegenaren dankzij zijn drie doelpunten. Toch geeft hij toe dat ook hij teleurgesteld is met het gelijke spel.
