FC Groningen TV laat vanavond Marcel Groninger en Peter Hoekstra aan het woord die beiden volgend seizoen Ernest Faber gaan assisteren. Daarnaast laten Etiënne Reijnen, Rasmus Lindgren en Hans Hateboer zien hoe zij overweg kunnen met een rugbybal en is er een samenvatting van Jong FC Groningen - Jong Brabant United.
Afgelopen dinsdag maakte FC Groningen bekend dat Marcel Groninger en Peter Hoekstra volgend seizoen de nieuwe trainer van FC Groningen, Ernest Faber, gaan assisteren. FC Groningen TV sprak Groninger en Hoekstra en maakte op dat het voor beiden een stap hogerop is.
Jong FC Groningen maakt nog alle kans om volgend seizoen uit te komen in de nieuw te vormen Tweede Divisie. De ploeg van trainer Alfons Arts zette afgelopen maandag een grote stap door in Euroborg met 4-1 te winnen van Jong Brabant United. Tijdens dat duel maakte Mimoun Mahi zijn rentree en dat vierde hij met een doelpunt. Na afloop sprak FCG TV met een zeer gelukkige Mahi.
Waar Jong FC Groningen de Tweede Divisie dichterbij zag komen, daar deed het eerste elftal zondag heel goede zaken door de Derby van het Noorden te winnen van sc Heerenveen waardoor de play-offs om Europees voetbal ineens heel dichtbij zijn. FCG TV heeft een terugblik op de mooie zondagmiddag in Heerenveen en zag deze week Etiënne Reijnen, Rasmus Lindgren en Hans Hateboer -in aanloop naar de belangrijke wedstrijd van zondag tegen Heracles- in actie met een rugbybal. Dat deden ze voor het spel Football-Meister en dat ging ze behoorlijk goed af.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.15 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports kanaal 3. De uitzending wordt vanavond om 22.50 uur herhaald op kanaal 3 en om 0.15 uur op kanaal 5. Zaterdag is FCG TV te zien om 20.00 uur op kanaal 3 en zondag om 7.30 uur op kanaal 1.
FC Groningen TV is elke zaterdag vanaf 15.30 uur ook te zien op OOG TV en via Ziggo kanaal 40 en KPN, Telfort en XS4All kanaal 622. De uitzending wordt doorlopend herhaald tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
