Hallo voetbalvriendjes,
Het is weer vrijdag! Dat betekend dat ik weer even en overzicht geef over wat er de afgelopen week gebeurd is en wat er de komende week gaat gebeuren.
Hebben jullie het gister allemaal gezien? FC Groningen is door in de KNVB-beker! FC Groningen speelde gisteravond een bekerwedstrijd tegen ADO Den Haag. Het was heel spannend want in de rust stond het 0-0. Vlak na de rust werd er gescoord door ADO maar daarna kwam FC Groningen sterk terug en scoorde Ivens de gelijkmaker. In de verlenging werd er ook niet gescoord dus dat werden penalty’s. Ik was heel zenuwachtig en durfde haast niet te kijken.
Het werd al heel laat want de wedstrijd begon pas om kwart voor negen. Rond half 12 was de wedstrijd afgelopen en direct daarna was er een loting wie de volgende tegenstander zou zijn van FC Groningen. Op woensdag 22 december of donderdag 23 december spelen we tegen SC Genemuiden.
Gisteravond was een bijzondere avond. Onze collega’s van de NOVO mochten meelopen in de line-up! Veel stralende gezichten en grote glimlachen waren te zien! Hebben jullie het ook gezien? Ik mocht natuurlijk ook het veld mee op. De spelers vonden het ook heel erg leuk.
Hebben jullie gister ook allemaal Sint Maarten gelopen? Ik was gister middag ook al in het stadion aanwezig want er zijn een aantal leden van de Junior Club die langs kwamen om een liedje voor mij te zingen. Ik vond het heel lief. En er zaten hele mooie lampionnen tussen! Wat een weer was het he? Ik was helemaal nat geregend. Iedereen die een liedje voor mij gezongen had, kregen allemaal een tasje van de Junior Club mee met een snoepje, een elftal poster en een Groby kaart erin.
Afgelopen woensdag waren er 18 leden van de Junior Club in de Euroborg gekomen voor een Meet & Greet met Danny Holla en Maikel Kieftenbeld. Iedereen had zich goed voorbereid met vragen en de spelers deden heel leuk mee. Ook de spelers stelden soms een paar vragen aan de kinderen. Deze Meet & Greet werd gehouden in een skybox en iedereen had na de vragen nog de gelegenheid om met de spelers op de foto te gaan en een handtekening te vragen.
Zondag speelt FC Groningen weer een competitie wedstrijd. We reizen deze keer af naar Almelo. Er vertrekken zondag 2 fantour met leden van de Junior Club. Ik ga ze weer aanmoedigen! Jullie ook?
