Daar ben ik weer. Wat was het vorige week zondag volle bak in stadion Euroborg! Was jij er ook? Dan heb jij mij ook gezien op het veld of niet? Het is weer een drukke week voor onze jongens van de FC, Sparta en FC Utrecht uit en thuis. Er is weer een activiteit de komende periode.
FC Groningen – Sparta FC Groningen heeft zondagmiddag in Euroborg door een 3-1 overwinning op Sparta Rotterdam voor de vijfde achtereenvolgende keer de play-offs bereikt. De treffers kwamen van Koen van de Laak, Tim Matavz en Fredrik Stenman. De play-offs werd gister gestart voor de FC met een uitwedstrijd tegen FC Utrecht. FC Utrecht – FC Groningen FC Groningen heeft gisteravond in Utrecht met 3-1 verloren van de plaatselijke FC. Na de 2-1 ruststand (doelpunt Tim Matavz) leek Groningen lang op een ‘gunstige’ en kleine 2-1 nederlaag af te stevenen. In de laatste minuut scoorde Andreas Granqvist echter in eigen doel. FC Groningen – FC Utrecht “Uiteraard wordt het zondag erg moeilijk, maar we geloven er zeker nog in”, zo zegt Sankoh. “Als we scherp beginnen en met de hulp van het publiek, kan er nog van alles gebeuren. Referee-escort: Bjorn van Dijken, Sven van Dijken en Marc Havinga. Voetbalgolf Naast de picknick is er in mei nog een leuke activiteit! Op 13 mei (Hemelvaartsdag) kunnen alle leden van de Junior Club / Green White Bengels mee doen aan het Voetbalgolf. Voetbalgolf is een nieuwe sport in Nederland. Je speelt het met je voeten en een normale voetbal op een speciaal voor voetbal gemaakte golfbaan. Op de speciale baan zijn een aantal moeilijke holes.
