Deze week stonden er drie wedstrijden op het programma. Twee van deze wedstrijden zijn gewonnen en de derde wordt zondag gespeeld. Spannend hè? Er werden deze week 4 verjaardagsfeestjes gevierd op het stadion en als het goed is hebben alle leden van de Green White Bengels en de Junior Club een brief ontvangen met daarin een herinnering aan het aanmelden bij de nieuwe activiteiten.
Afgelopen zondag speelde FC Groningen thuis tegen Volendam. Het stond al na een half uur spelen 3-0! Gelukkig bleven de spelers van de FC wel voetballen en zo doende eindigde de wedstrijd in een 5-0 overwinning. Door deze overwinning staat FC Groningen op de 4de plek in de eredivisie. De doelpunten werden gemaakt door: Koen van der Laak (die er twee scoorde!), Goran Lovre, Petter Andersson en Marcus Berg.
Woensdag moest Groningen alweer aan de bak. Ditmaal in de uitwedstrijd tegen Telstar. De wedstrijd ging om een plaats in de 8ste finales van het bekertoernooi en ook deze wedstrijd wist FC Groningen te winnen. Er werden 3 doelpunten gescoord. Powel, Holla en Berg wisten voor de FC het net van Telstar te vinden.
Komende zondag moet het eerste elftal weer spelen. De thuiswedstrijd tegen de Graafschap staat op het programma. Zouden ze voor de derde keer deze week kunnen winnen? Dat zou wel heel knap zijn! Kom je ook kijken naar de wedstrijd? Er zijn nog kaartjes te koop!
Er werden ook weer 4 feestjes gevierd op het stadion deze week. Harmen van der Klok, Joey Komdeur, Niels Kor en Jesse Pit kwamen samen met hun vriendjes en vriendinnetjes de puzzeltocht doen en namen zo een kijkje achter de schermen.
