Net als de uitzending van afgelopen dinsdag staat FC Groningen TV vanavond deels in het teken van het trainingskamp van FC Groningen op Tenerife. Lorenzo Burnet vierde tijdens de voorbereiding op de tweede seizoenshelft zijn 21e verjaardag. Samen met teammanager Theo Huizinga verraste FCG TV Burnet met een speciale verjaardagstaart.
Tijdens het trainingskamp werkten een paar spelers aan hun herstel van blessures. Onder hen Emil Johansson en Jonas Ivens. Daarnaast werd Tim Keurntjes op het laatste moment aan de groep toegevoegd omdat Thomas Enevoldsen in Groningen achterbleef om te herstellen.
Afgelopen dinsdag waren bijna 500 mensen aanwezig bij de jaarlijkse nieuwjaarsreceptie van FC Groningen. FC Groningen maakte van de gelegenheid gebruik om aanwinst Paco van Moorsel en de nieuwe teammanager Bas Roorda te presenteren. Speciale gast was Kees Jansma, perschef van het Nederlands elftal en presentator van Eredivisie Live.
Zondag begint FC Groningen de tweede seizoenshelft met een thuiswedstrijd tegen Heracles Almelo. In FCG TV is vanavond een voorbeschouwing op de hervatting van de competitie te zien.
FC Groningen TV is vanavond om 17.55 uur te zien op Eredivisie Live 2. De herhalingen op Eredivisie Live 2 zijn om 22.55 uur en 0.50 uur. Zondag is FCG TV te zien om 13.50 uur op Eredivisie Live 3, voorafgaande aan FC Groningen – Heracles Almelo.
