FC Groningen speelt vanmiddag een oefenwedstrijd in Euroborg tegen het Spaanse Osasuna. Het duel geldt als generale repetitie op het Eredivisie-seizoen die volgend weekend start. Aftrap van de wedstrijd is om 16.00 uur. Speciaal voor vakantiegangers of supporters die deze zaterdag nog verhinderd zijn zendt FC Groningen het duel live uit op YouTube.
Osasuna heeft zich de afgelopen seizoenen ontwikkeld als stabiele middenmoter in de sterke Spaanse LaLiga. De ploeg uit Pamplona eindigde afgelopen seizoen als tiende op het hoogste niveau. Osasuna start de competitie vijf dagen later dan FC Groningen met een wedstrijd tegen Sevilla. FC Groningen start volgende week zondag 7 augustus met een thuiswedstrijd tegen FC Volendam, aftrap 12.15 uur.
Supporters die de wedstrijd live vanuit het stadion willen bekijken, kunnen vanaf 14.30 uur kaarten kopen bij het stadion. FC Groningen is vanaf dit seizoen geheel PIN Only, waardoor zowel bestellingen in het stadion als kaarten bij de kassa’s enkel met PIN kunnen worden afgerekend.
Aftrap van het duel met de Spaanse tegenstander is vanmiddag om 16.00 uur.
