FC Groningen is overgestapt naar een nieuw kaartverkoop systeem, kaartverkoop.fcgroningen.nl. Verkoop voor de uitwedstrijden loopt al volledig via dit systeem. Na testen tegen NAC (2 november) en PSV (23 november) zal voor de thuiswedstrijd tegen Heerenveen (7 december) eveneens voor thuiswedstrijden worden overgestapt en wordt de optie e-tickets aan iedere bezoeker geboden.
Het oude kaartverkoopsysteem voldeed niet meer aan de eisen en wensen van deze tijd en was aan vervanging toe. Het nieuwe systeem biedt de mogelijkheid online een stoel uit te zoeken en direct thuis te printen. Daarnaast blijft het nog steeds mogelijk de kaart te laten opsturen of tickets aan te schaffen in de Fan Corner of bij de Primera. Regelen Voor het online aanschaffen van tickets dient de supporter eenmalig een nieuw account aan te maken via mijn.fcgroningen.nl (zonder www). Alle (Seizoen)ClubCardhouders hebben hiervoor afgelopen weekend een persoonlijke uitnodiging per e-mail gehad. In het online portaal kunnen supporters vele zaken regelen, zoals: – Het onderhouden van je eigen gegevens en voorkeuren – Het aan- en afmelden voor onze diverse nieuwsbrieven – Wedstrijdkaarten kopen via kaartverkoop.fcgroningen.nl Primera Alle losse kaarten in het stadion worden met ingang van de thuiswedstrijd tegen Heerenveen online aangeboden. Bij Primera zijn voor de komende thuisduels tijdelijk een beperkt aantal vakken beschikbaar voor de verkoop, telkens verdeeld over elk van de drie publiekstribunes. FC Groningen is in onderhandeling met de Primera om ook, via het nieuwe systeem, alle beschikbare vakken bij de Primera te gaan verkopen. Testfase Na een lange periode van voorbereiding heeft bij de wedstrijd tegen NAC Breda vorige week de eerste succesvolle test plaatsgevonden met e-tickets bij Ingang 2. Bij de wedstrijd tegen PSV zal er een test plaatsvinden bij de Ingangen 1 en 4. Voor de uitwedstrijd tegen PEC Zwolle zijn voor het eerst e-tickets verkocht via kaartverkoop.fcgroningen.nl Online Vandaag, vrijdag 7 november, is de verkoop voor de thuiswedstrijd tegen sc Heerenveen (zondag 7 december, 14.30 uur) in de verkoop gegaan voor (Seizoen)ClubCardhouders van FC Groningen. Alle online kaarten worden bij deze wedstrijd dus aangeboden via kaartverkoop.fcgroningen.nl. Supporters zonder de beschikking over internet, houden de mogelijkheid bij de Fan Corner tickets aan te schaffen of bij de Primera in de buurt. Hulp nodig?
