Op donderdag 8 september organiseert het Organisatiebureau FC Groningen de tweede editie van haar jaarlijkse netwerkdag.
Na het succes van vorig jaar wordt in Euroborg voor de tweede maal een speciale Businessdag georganiseerd. Tijdens deze Businessdag presenteren sponsors van de club zich aan collega-bedrijven die aangesloten zijn bij FC Groningen. Zij krijgen hiervoor een presentatieruimte van vier bij één meter op de omloop in Euroborg.
Daarnaast worden er ook diverse activiteiten georganiseerd, zoals een training van het eerste elftal in Euroborg, waarbij in een informele sfeer nader kennis gemaakt kan worden met andere businessclubleden van FC Groningen. De dag wordt afgesloten met een aangeklede borrel en een gastoptreden van Hein Vergeer. Hein Vergeer is twee keer wereldkampioen allround schaatsen geworden. De eerste keer in Hamar (Noorwegen) in 1985 en de tweede keer in Inzell (Duitsland) in 1986. In dezelfde jaren is hij ook Europees kampioen geworden. Na een zware blessure kon hij nooit meer dat niveau bereiken, waardoor hij zijn wens om een Olympische medaille te halen niet heeft kunnen vervullen. Hein Vergeer neemt u mee naar de tijd van zijn actieve carrière. Hij vertaalt zijn ervaringen uit de topsport naar de hedendaagse doelstellingen van een organisatie. Hij houdt u een spiegel voor waarin zij zichzelf zullen herkennen.
