FC Groningen gaat vanavond eten bij Ritsu Doan. Daarnaast blikken Mimoun Mahi en Ernest Faber vooruit op de thuiswedstrijd van zondag tegen Sparta Rotterdam. Vanaf dinsdag 26 december wordt de FOX Sports DOC 'De Zeven van Neeskens' uitgezonden.
Ritsu Doan is nu bijna een half jaar in Groningen en voelt zich inmiddels prima thuis in Nederland. FCG TV gaat vanavond bij hem bezoek en krijgt een echt Japans gerecht voorgeschoteld. Ondertussen vertelt Doan hoe het met hem gaat bij FC Groningen en hoe hij de komende feestdagen gaat vieren.
Komende zondag speelt FC Groningen de laatste wedstrijd van 2017, thuis tegen Sparta Rotterdam. Sparta is de oude ploeg van Mimoun Mahi. De international van Marokko speelde twee keer eerder tegen Sparta en scoorde in beide wedstrijden. In FCG TV gaat Mahi in op het scoren tegen zijn oude ploeg en op het mogelijk topscorer worden van de eredivisie over kalenderjaar 2017. Trainer Ernest Faber vertelt wat hij verwacht van het duel tegen de Rotterdammers.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.15 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports kanaal 1. De uitzending wordt vanavond om 18.30 uur herhaald op kanaal 3 en om 23.45 uur op kanaal 5. Zaterdag is FCG TV om 16.15 uur te zien op kanaal 3.
