Vanaf dinsdag 2 augustus zal FC Groningen TV weer te zien zijn op Eredivisie Live. In tegenstelling tot de eerste twee seizoenen heeft FC Groningen TV dit nieuwe seizoen twee uitzendingen in de week: op dinsdag en vrijdag om 18.00 uur op Eredivisie Live 1. Daarnaast zijn er diverse herhalen op Eredivisie Live 1 en 2 dus een uitzending missen is het komende jaar bijna niet meer mogelijk.
Programmamakers Emiel Venema en Jos Schoenmaker blikken in de eerste uitzending van 2011/2012 met trainer Pieter Huistra terug op de voorbereiding van FC Groningen. Speciale aandacht is er daarbij voor de nieuwelingen Kees Kwakman, Emil Johansson, Matias Jones, Suk Hyun-Jun, Johan Kappelhof en Lorenzo Burnet. Doe Een Wens Daarnaast is er een reportage over de uitreiking door Johan Derksen van de eerste exemplaren van het jubileumboek over veertig jaar FC Groningen, vorige week voorafgaand aan het oefenduel tegen Hamburger SV. Die wedstrijd stond grotendeels in het teken van Doe Een Wens Stichting Nederland. Zo zong de 13-jarige Madelief vlak voor de wedstrijd op de middenstip van Euroborg. Madelief is een wenskind van Doe Een Wens. De actie was een succes want het leverde alleen al die middag ruim 25.000 Euro op voor het goede doel.
Een vast item op dinsdag is de nieuwsbrief van FC Groningen directeur Hans Nijland. Dinsdag is ‘the making of’ te zien van dit item. Uitzendtijden FC Groningen TV is dinsdagavond om 18.00 uur te zien op Eredivisie Live 1. De uitzending wordt dinsdag op EL 1 herhaald om 22.45 uur. Daarnaast zijn er herhalingen op Eredivisie Live 2 om 19.00, 21.00, 23.00 uur en in een carrousel van 0.00 uur tot 18.00 uur de volgende dag. Tevens zijn er woensdag herhalingen op EL 1 om 11.30 en 14.15 uur.
