FC Groningen TV is vanavond bij de persconferentie in Amsterdam van Celtic met Virgil van Dijk die plaatsvond voorafgaande aan het Champions League duel tegen Ajax. Daarnaast is Michael de Leeuw te zien als assistent-trainer van VV Haren D1 en is er een voorbeschouwing op het duel tegen Heracles Almelo.
Deze week was Virgil van Dijk voor een paar dagen terug in Nederland. Met zijn huidige club Celtic FC speelde hij woensdag voor de Champions League in Amsterdam tegen Ajax. Een dag eerder was er een ‘prematch-pressmeeting’ in de ArenA met Celtic-coach Neil Lennon en Virgil van Dijk. FCG TV reisde af naar Amsterdam om van Dijk te kunnen spreken. Even leek het er echter op dat Van Dijk niet aanwezig zou zijn bij de persconferentie.
Michael de Leeuw was deze week actief als assistent-trainer van de D1 van VV Haren. Hij werd hiervoor gevraagd door Jeroen die namens de NOVO werkzaam is in Euroborg. Jeroen is al een paar jaar assistent bij diverse jeugdteams van VV Haren en had een wens: dat De Leeuw hem een keer kwam assisteren. Deze week kwam die wens uit.
Morgenavond gaat FC Groningen op bezoek bij Heracles Almelo. Het is de twintigste ontmoeting tussen beide teams in Almelo. FC Groningen won tot nu toe de helft van die duels. Zaterdag gaat FC Groningen proberen daar een elfde zege aan toe te voegen. In FCG TV is een voorbeschouwing op het treffen te zien met trainer Erwin van de Looi, Johan Kappelhof en Andraz Kirm.
De reguliere uitzending van FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur en 23.30 uur uitgezonden op kanaal 1 van Fox Sports Eredivisie. De herhaling is te zien om 18.00 uur en 22.30 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5 van Fox Sports Eredivisie. Zaterdag wordt FCG TV om 16.15 uur herhaald op kanaal 1 en om 19.05 uur op kanaal 5, voorafgaande aan Heracles Almelo – FC Groningen.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
