In samenwerking met de KNVB organiseert de Regionale Voetbal Opleiding FC Groningen/Cambuur op vrijdag 13 april een coachdag voor het pupillenkader. Thema voor deze coachdag is: Pupillen hebben recht op een optimale ontwikkeling. Aanmelden is mogelijk tot en met maandag 9 april.
Als Betaald Voetbal Organisatie is FC Groningen zich bewust van de voorbeeldfunctie en voortrekkersrol bij de samenwerking met amateurverengingen. Het Amateurconvenant waarbij, 160 verenigingen zijn aangesloten, organiseert diverse activiteiten die bijdragen aan het voetbalniveau en voetbalbeleving in Noord-Nederland.
Een grote verantwoordelijkheid, maar een prachtige uitdaging. Dat is wat het opleiden van pupillen in het voetballen is. Het vraagt veel van de vereniging in het algemeen en van het direct betrokken kader in het bijzonder. Het kader heeft namelijk de meeste invloed op de ontwikkeling van de voetballende pupillen.
In de praktijk en door middel van interactieve workshops komen de onderwerpen ‘Optimale ontwikkeling’ en ‘Grote verantwoordelijkheid’ uitgebreid aan de orde. De coachdagen zijn bedoeld voor trainers, coaches, begeleiders en coördinatoren betrokken bij de pupillen. Interesse? Aanmelden kan tot 31 maart 2012.
