FC Groningen TV bezoekt vandaag samen met Tjaronn Chery en Piet Fransen de Piet Fransenlaan in het Oosterpark. Daarnaast vertellen Hans Nijland en Hoofd Ticketing Matthias Mulder waarom FC Groningen per 1 maart is begonnen met de seizoenkaartverkoop. Ook blikt Género Zeefuik vooruit naar de ontmoeting van zondag tegen Feyenoord.
Afgelopen zondag was Tjaronn Chery de maker van het duizendste thuisdoelpunt van FC Groningen in de Eredivisie. Piet Fransen was in 1971 de eerste en dus bracht FCG TV beiden samen op de plek waar het Oosterparkstadion ooit stond, op de tegenwoordige Piet Fransenlaan. Het was de eerste ontmoeting tussen beide waarbij Fransen iets speciaals had meegenomen voor Chery.
Sinds een week is het mogelijk om bij FC Groningen een seizoenkaart voor 2014/2015 aan te schaffen. De start van de verkoop is eerder dan in voorgaande jaren. Algemeen directeur Hans Nijland en Hoofd Ticketing en Supportersbalie Matthias Mulder leggen in FCG TV uit waarom. Daarnaast vertellen ze waarom een seizoenkaart voor volgend seizoen in meerdere opzichten aantrekkelijk is.
Binnen niet al te lange tijd zal de buitenkant van de spelersbus van FC Groningen een ander uiterlijk hebben. FC Groningen-supporter Nars Broekhart deed vorig seizoen onderzoek via supporterssites en social media waaruit bleek dat veel supporters zich niet kunnen herkennen in de huidige uitstraling van de bus. Commercieel directeur Robbert Klaver pakte de signalen op met als resultaat dat de spelersbus opnieuw bestickerd zal worden. Hiervoor konden supporters een ontwerp indienen. Klaver vertelt in FCG TV dat hieruit drie ontwerpen geselecteerd zijn waar de supporters vanaf komende maandag op hun favoriet kunnen stemmen.
Komende zondag ontmoeten FC Groningen en Feyenoord elkaar voor de 38ste keer in Groningen. Van de eerdere ontmoetingen won FC Groningen er vijftien waarmee FC Groningen een positief thuissaldo heeft tegen de Rotterdammers. Samen met Género Zeefuik blikt FCG TV vooruit naar het duel van zondag.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur en 23.30 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1. FCG TV wordt herhaald om 18.00 uur en 22.00 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5. Zondag is FCG TV te zien om 13.55 uur op kanaal 3, voorafgaande aan FC Groningen – SC Cambuur Leeuwarden.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
