FC Groningen TV kijkt vanavond terug op het 2-2 gelijkspel van zondag tegen Vitesse en vooruit naar de bekerontmoeting van woensdag tegen VV Capelle. Daarnaast is er een historisch overzicht van eerdere bekerontmoetingen van de FC tegen amateurploegen in Groningen.
Zondag wist FC Groningen in de tweede helft tegen Vitesse een 2-2 gelijkspel uit het vuur te slepen. Dankzij de puntendeling blijft FC Groningen meedoen in de subtop van de Eredivisie. FCG TV blikt terug met de hoofdrolspelers Tjaronn Chery en Eric Botteghin.
Morgenavond, woensdag 30 oktober, staat alweer de volgende wedstrijd op het programma. Dan is Zaterdag Topklasser VV Capelle in Euroborg de tegenstander voor de derde ronde om de KNVB-Beker. FCG TV vraagt assistent-trainer Marcel Groninger naar de kracht van Capelle want hij speelde met HHC Hardenberg, waar hij hoofdtrainer is, eind augustus voor de competitie al tegen deze club.
Het is woensdag de tiende keer dat FC Groningen voor de beker een thuiswedstrijd speelt tegen een amateurvereniging. De vorige negen duels werden allen gewonnen met de totaalcijfers 36-4. De laatste ontmoeting tegen een amateurclub was op 24 oktober 2001. Toen won de FC met 7-1 van ACV uit Assen. in FCG TV is vanavond een overzicht te zien van ontmoetingen tegen amateurs, met daarin dus veel doelpunten.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur uitgezonden op Fox Sports Eredivisie kanaal 1. FCG TV wordt herhaald om 18.00 uur en 20.05 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5. Morgen is FCG TV te zien om 13.00 uur op kanaal 1 van Fox Sports Eredivisie.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
