Lorenzo Burnet is teruggekeerd in de basiself bij FC Groningen. Hij neemt de plaats op linksback in van Yoëll Nieff, die vorige week in de basis startte. Stefano Magnasco vervangt Johan Kappelhof, die op de bank begint.
Género Zeefuik is na zijn ziekte weer fit om te starten en vervangt David Texeira die na een blaar op zijn voet fit genoeg is om te spelen. Ook Kees Kwakman kwam goed door een laatste test, nadat hij donderdagochtend nog eerder afhaakte op de training.
Filip Kostic vervangt Henk Bos bij de selectie. Van Nieff valt buiten de achttien door de terugkeer van Burnet.
