FC Groningen TV heeft donderdagavond op Fox Sports Eredivisie een uitgebreid gesprek met Eric Botteghin. De Braziliaan heeft het over verdedigen, kopduels, strafschoppen, scoren en ADO Den Haag, de tegenstander van komende zondag.
Daarnaast is er een achtergrondreportage te zien over de jaarlijkse fotopersdag van FC Groningen en is de camera bij het afscheid van Filip Kostic, afgelopen zondag in de pauze van FC Groningen – Heracles Almelo. Ongelukkig Komende zondag gaat FC Groningen op bezoek bij ADO Den Haag. Vorig seizoen verloor de FC op 15 maart met 2-1 in Den Haag. Daarna werd er voor de competitie en de play-offs niet meer verloren door FC Groningen. De laatste uitvoering van ADO Den Haag – FC Groningen was een ongelukkige voor Eric Botteghin. De Braziliaanse centrumverdediger kreeg een onterechte rode kaart en een onterechte penalty tegen.
Verslaggever Emiel Venema heeft een uitgebreid gesprek met Botteghin en praat met hem over het veroorzaken van penalty’s, het sterke eerste seizoen van de Braziliaan bij FC Groningen, de komende wedstrijd tegen ADO en de blijdschap van Botteghin na zijn doelpunt, vorig seizoen thuis tegen Roda JC. Fotopersdag Zoals te doen gebruikelijk organiseerde FC Groningen tijdens de voorbereiding weer een fotopersdag. Professionele persfotografen kregen de mogelijkheid een teamfoto en portretten te maken van de selectiespelers van FC Groningen. Ook Erwin Otten, huisfotograaf van FC Groningen, was uiteraard aanwezig. Hij maakte niet alleen de gebruikelijke portretten, ook fotografeerde Otten de spelers op unieke en spectaculaire wijze voor de jaarlijkse presentatiegids van FC Groningen. Hij maakte daarbij gebruik van een aantal luchtkussens. En die waren niet om op te slapen… Afscheid Kostic Afgelopen zondag nam Filip Kostic in de pauze van FC Groningen – Heracles Almelo afscheid van de supporters. De Servische vleugelaanvaller maakte onlangs de overstap naar VfB Stuttgart uit de Duitse Bundesliga. Ondanks de regen nam Kostic uitgebreid de tijd om afscheid te nemen van de fans en liet hij aan FCG TV weten dat hij positief terugkijkt op twee jaar FC Groningen en waarom hij de keuze heeft gemaakt voor VfB Stuttgart. Uitzendingen FC Groningen TV wordt donderdagavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op FOX Sports Eredivisie kanaal 3 en 5. FCG TV wordt herhaald op donderdag om 22.00 uur op kanaal 1. Vrijdag zijn er herhalingen om 11.00 uur en 15.55 uur op kanaal 1. Zondag is FCG TV om 13.45 uur te zien op kanaal 5, voorafgaande aan ADO Den Haag – FC Groningen.
