Afgelopen woensdag vond in de ijshal van sporthal Kardinge de jaarlijkse Junior Club Dag plaats. Vanaf 13.30 uur waren alle leden van de Junior Club en hun vriendjes en vriendinnetjes welkom om er een gezellige middag van te maken. En dat werd het ook!
Bij aanvang zat de sfeer er direct al goed in door de aanwezigheid van vrijwel alle spelers van de eerste selectie. In een samenwerking tussen showman Robert de Wit en de aanwezige Junior Club leden werden de spelers één voor één het podium opgeroepen, waarna door middel van een leuke goed-fout quiz de kennis over de spelers werd getest bij het publiek.
Maar er was nog veel meer te doen. Op tal van attracties konden de kinderen zich uitleven, waaronder een spectaculaire stormbaan, een minikartbaan en verschillende springkussens. Voor de allerkleinsten was er ook de mogelijkheid om te spelen in een ballenbak of zich mooi te laten versieren door de aanwezige schminker.
Zelf een balletje trappen kon uiteraard ook. Op de verschillende veldjes en onder begeleiding van de mannen van BB Freestyle werd er enorm fanatiek gespeeld. En wanneer er even werd uitgerust was er de mogelijkheid te genieten van een heerlijk bakje popcorn of een lekkere suikerspin.
Met de vele aanwezige kinderen, de eerste elftalspelers en uiteraard onze mascotte Groby werd het een zeer geslaagde middag met alleen maar blije gezichten. Sommigen konden hun geluk al helemaal niet op: door een verloting kregen enkele leden prachtige prijzen zoals de keeperhandschoenen van Marco Bizot en de voetbalschoenen van Tim Sparv.
De Junior Club wil iedereen die een bijdrage heeft geleverd hartelijk bedanken voor de fantastische middag. De Junior Club Dag 2013 was een groot succes! Voor meer foto’s kun je hier klikken.
