FC Groningen TV kijkt vanavond terug op het 1-1 gelijkspel tegen Ajax met Essent Man of the Match Marco Bizot en Eric Botteghin. Daarnaast was FCG TV bij het officiële afscheid van Leandro Bacuna en bij de presentatie van het bijzondere kinderboek van en over Arjen Robben.
Zondag speelde FC Groningen met 1-1 gelijk tegen landskampioen Ajax. FC Groningen kijkt terug op het duel met Essent Man of the Match Marco Bizot, doelpuntenmaker Género Zeefuik, Eric Botteghin en Maikel Kieftenbeld. Voorafgaande aan het duel tegen Ajax werd officieel afscheid genomen van Leandro Bacuna die afgelopen zomer werd getransfereerd naar het Engelse Aston Villa. Bacuna bedankte de fans van de FC en zijn trainers uit de jeugdopleiding en liet weten het zeer goed naar zijn zin te hebben in Birmingham.
Ook voor Bethan en Bryan Davies en Tim Varwijk was het zondag een bijzondere middag. Zij werden in de pauze van FC Groningen – Ajax in het zonnetje gezet omdat zij zijn de winnaars zijn van de twee mooie prijzen die op zaterdag 17 augustus werden verloot na de opening van de Fan Corner van FC Groningen. Bryan en Tim vertellen hoe zij op 17 augustus op de hoogte werden gebracht van het mooie nieuws.
Maandagmiddag onthulde oud-FC Groningen aanvaller Arjen Robben in Noordwijk de eerste zin en de voorkant van zijn ‘eigen’ kinderboek. Het was de aanzet van een bijzonder project van de Stichting Lezen en Schrijven en Stichting FC Groningen in de Maatschappij. Twaalf basisscholen in Groningen gaan vanaf volgende week gezamenlijk een boek schrijven over Robben die in het boek met Bayern München opnieuw de Champions League gaat winnen. Robben vertelt aan FCG TV waarom hij meedoet aan het bijzondere project.
FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 17.00 uur uitgezonden op kanaal 1 van Fox Sports Eredivisie. De herhaling is te zien om 18.00 en 22.20 uur op kanaal 3 en om 19.00 uur op kanaal 5 van Fox Sports Eredivisie. Woensdag wordt FCG TV om 12.40 uur herhaald op kanaal 1.
De afleveringen van FC Groningen TV zijn elke zaterdag ook te zien op OOG TV, de lokale omroep van Groningen. De uitzendingen beginnen om 15.30 uur en zijn in een carrousel terug te zien tot zondagochtend 9.00 uur.
