Komende vrijdag, 20 juli 2012, start de voorverkoop voor de FanTour naar FC Twente. Die loopt voor leden van de Supportersvereniging FC Groningen tot en met donderdag 26 juli. Op vrijdag 27 juli start de vrije verkoop van FanTour-kaarten en 75 kaarten voor de autocombi. (Seizoen)ClubCardhouders van FC Groningen kunnen één persoonsgebonden kaart aanschaffen.
In het recente verleden was de uitwedstrijd tegen FC Twente uitsluitend te bezoeken via een verplichte FanTour (hele buscombi). Dit jaar is de regeling voor bezoekers uit Groningen verruimd en worden er maximaal 75 kaarten voor de autocombi verkocht vanaf vrijdag 27 juli om 9.00 uur. Wij beseffen ons dat het aantal van 75 nog lang niet aan de vraag zal voldoen, maar zien het als een eerste stap in de goede richting.
Beide clubs hopen met deze regeling tegemoet te komen aan de wens op een zo klantvriendelijk mogelijke manier wedstrijden te kunnen bezoeken en hopen via een ordentelijk verloop van de aankomende wedstrijd in Enschede hier in de toekomst nog beter op te kunnen inspelen.
