In FC Groningen TV is vanavond aandacht voor de laatste competitiewedstrijd tegen AZ, de winst van de Beloften van de FC gisteravond op Jong NEC/FC Oss, de finale van de Gasunie Shoot-Out Bokaal en de mooiste doelpunten van het seizoen 2011/2012. FC Groningen TV wordt vanavond om 18.00 uur uitgezonden op Eredivisie Live 1.
FC Groningen sloot afgelopen zondag de competitie in Alkmaar af met een 1-0 nederlaag tegen AZ. De FC ging in de tweede helft op jacht naar de gelijkmaker maar had de pech dat David Texeira de paal raakte en dat een inzet van Dusan Tadic van de lijn werd gehaald. Volgens aanvoerder Petter Andersson had FC Groningen dan ook zeker een punt verdiend. Voor Koen van de Laak was het duel tegen AZ zijn laatste in het shirt van FC Groningen. Hij viel kort voor tijd in en besefte toen nog niet dat hij zijn laatste minuten voor de FC zou gaan spelen. Van de Laak, die een bewogen week achter de rug heeft, weet nog niet wat hij volgend seizoen gaat doen.
Vorige week woensdag werd in de pauze van FC Groningen – NAC Breda de finale van de Gasunie Shoot-Out Bokaal gehouden. Theodoor Smit uit Drachten en Jordi Westra uit Delfzijl mochten woensdag na diverse voorrondes uit gaan maken wie de bokaal mee naar huis mocht nemen. Uiteindelijk bleek Theodoor de beste te zijn van alle Junior Clubleden die dit seizoen in de pauze van de thuiswedstrijden meededen aan de Gasunie Shoot-Out Bokaal.
Gisteravond won Jong FC Groningen de laatste thuiswedstrijd van dit seizoen met 2-0 van Jong NEC/FC Oss. Dankzij doelpunten van Alair Cruz Vicente en invaller Matias Jones boekten de beloften alweer de dertiende overwinning van dit seizoen. Volgende week sluit Jong FC een prima seizoen af met een uitwedstrijd tegen Jong ADO Den Haag.
Tot slot kijkt FCG TV via de mooiste doelpunten terug op het seizoen van het eerste elftal. Het seizoen verliep teleurstellend. Maar dat wil niet zeggen dat er afgelopen seizoen geen fraaie doelpunten werden gemaakt. Zo wisten Tadic, Texeira, Bacuna en Suk toch nog regelmatig het net te vinden.
